Perfect for the couple planning from out of town. All you have to do is show up to your rehearsal and wedding.  We’ll do the rest!

The Just Show Up Package includes the following:

• Meeting at the beginning of planning process selection of all event details such as color palate and theme, all vendors, event timeline, rehearsal dinner, event accommodations
• Personally designed invitations with our in house graphic design team with full send out service and RSVP maintenance (printing and postage cost will be determined by guest count)
• Full design and coordination of rehearsal dinner
• Attendance at all vendor meetings
• Budget maintenance
• Coordination of event accommodations and transportation
• Up to 6 hours on rehearsal day and cueing rehearsal dinner
• Up to 12 hours on the day of the event
• Professional guest book and cake set up
• Complimentary emergency kit
• Set up of all ceremony and reception details (this is best discussed in your complimentary consulation)
• Full cueing of events of the ceremony through reception until all formalities are finished
• Organized tear down with a scheduled pick up in the following two weeks.
• Unlimited correspondence throughout planning process
